Abstract:
Provided is a linear-monoolefin manufacturing method including a step for performing an isomerization reaction by bringing a raw-material composition containing first linear monoolefins having 4-8 carbon atoms into contact with an isomerization catalyst in the presence of 20 ppm by volume or greater of molecular oxygen and/or 20 ppm by volume or greater of water at 250-390ºC, and for isomerizing at least some of the first linear monoolefins into second linear monoolefins having a double bond at different positions, wherein the catalyst contains zeolite.
