Abstract:
A linear motor wherein a movable body has: a power storage device; a circuit unit, which is configured from an inverter and a control circuit, and converts and outputs power supplied from the power storage device; and multiple armatures, which are arranged at a distance from a stator core, with the magnetic field of the armatures being changed by the power output from the circuit unit. Furthermore, when only an attachment body, the power storage device, the circuit unit, and the armatures are viewed, the power storage device is arranged adjacent to the attachment body.
