Abstract:
Disclosed are a linear vibration motor and an electronic device. The linear vibration motor comprises a housing, a vibrator assembly, and a stator assembly, which is fixed to the housing, wherein the vibrator assembly comprises a counterweight and a magnet assembly, the counterweight being vibrationally disposed within the housing, and the counterweight being provided with a through hole in a direction perpendicular to a vibration direction of the counterweight; the stator assembly comprises a coil, which penetrates the through hole, with the axial direction of the coil being perpendicular to the vibration direction of the counterweight; and the magnet assembly is disposed on a wall of the through hole, and the direction of a force applied to the magnet assembly when the coil is energized is the same as the vibration direction of the counterweight. The technical solution of the present utility model can improve the effective utilization of the magnetic field of the stator assembly, and achieve a large driving force and fast vibration response, such that the linear vibration motor has better vibration performance.
