Abstract:
A linear vibration motor having a coil embedded with an iron core, comprising a housing (1), the housing (1) being provided therein with a rotor assembly (2) and a stator assembly (3) correspondingly matched with the rotor assembly (2). The stator assembly (3) comprises a coil (31) and an FPC board (33) for connecting the coil (31) to an external circuit, the coil (31) is embedded with an iron core (32) therein, and the rotor assembly (2) is provided with a permanent magnet (21) correspondingly matched with the coil (31). The present invention can increase the permeability of the entire magnetic circuit and improve the magnetic induction intensity of the coil (31), facilitating better interaction between the permanent magnet (21) and the coil (31), improving the magnetic circuit of products, improving the energy utilization rate and vibration force of the products, and effectively increasing the BL value of the products. The present invention has a good vibration effect, is convenient to produce, assembly, etc., has a simple, compact and stable structure, and occupies a small space, improving the stability, reliability and process yield of the products, facilitating mass production of the products, and expanding the application and development of the products.
