Abstract:
A linkage heat-insulation mechanism for an in-furnace refining apparatus. The linkage heat-insulation mechanism comprises a frame (2). A middle portion of the frame (2) is rotatably connected to a stirring mechanism (3) of the in-furnace refining apparatus. A slide rod (5) is installed on the top of the frame (2), and a heat insulation curtain (1) is disposed on the slide rod (5). An upper end of the heat insulation curtain (1) is fixedly connected to the stirring mechanism (3), and a lower end of the heat insulation curtain (1) is fixedly connected to a counterweight (4). The stirring mechanism (3), when rotating, drives the heat insulation curtain (1) and the counterweight (4) to raise or lower in a synchronous manner, such that the heat insulation curtain (1) insulates the in-furnace refining apparatus from a high-temperature airflow (9) flowing from a furnace (7) via a furnace mouth (8). The linkage heat-insulation mechanism can protect the in-furnace refining apparatus from damage caused by unfavorable factors such as high temperature and corrosion, and can prolong the service life of the apparatus.
