Abstract:
This lint ball remover is provided with: a cylindrical housing having an air suction opening that is open on the circumferential surface thereof; a fixed blade attached along the air suction opening; and a rotary blade that rotates inside the housing by the action of sucked air that is sucked into the air suction opening. The rotary blade has multiple slats that hold a tabular cutting edge on the tip thereof and the cutting edges are provided with a through hole that passes therethrough in the thickness direction. The through holes allow some of the sucked air hitting one surface of the cutting edges to escape to the other surface and act to increase the rotation speed of the rotary blade.
