A liquid cosmetics container having a double sealing structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a container main body in which content is stored in the lower part, and in which a discharge guide tube is provided at the bottom; a sealing cap elastically and movably fitted into the discharge guide tube, and provided with a discharge opening for the content; an opening-and-closing cylinder, fixed in place on the discharge guide tube, for keeping the sealing cap from dislodging, blocking the discharge opening of the sealing cap, and drawing in content into the sealing cap; a lower cap, fixed in place on the main body to be in contact with the sealing cap, for blocking the discharge opening by means of contact with the sealing cap, and restricting the movement thereof; and a pressurizing means for pushing the content in the container main body to the outside of the discharge opening. Accordingly, the present invention discharges content from inside the container by a set amount, and after the discharge, doubly blocks the discharge opening of the content accurately, thereby allowing the leakage of content to be blocked firmly and accurately, and to be prevented even after a valve is fixed. And, the present invention is convenient to use as the content is discharged through the bottom.
