Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid medicine filling method. A front weighing station (1), a filling station (2), a rear weighing station (3), a liquid distribution container (4) and a filling needle frame are involved. The bottom of the liquid distribution container (4) is obliquely arranged, and is provided with a plurality of liquid outlets (41) in the lengthwise direction thereof; filling needles (5) arranged side by side are disposed on the filling needle frame; each of the liquid outlets (41) is connected to each of the filling needles (5) by means of a flexible pipe (6); and each flexible pipe (6) is provided with a filling pump (61). The filling method comprises: the front weighing station (1) carrying out front weighing on empty bottles; the filling needle frame moving, such that some of the filling needles (5) are located above the rear weighing station (3), and the remaining filling needles (5) are located above the filling station (2); and the filling needles (5) above the filling station (2) performing quantitative filling on medicine bottles, and then the filling needles (5) above the rear weighing station (3) weighing the medicine bottles and also supplementing liquid in same, such that the medicine amount in each medicine bottle reaches the standard. The liquid medicine filling method can reduce the amount of liquid medicine wasted, reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the production efficiency.
