Abstract:
Disclosed are a liquid spraying tube (202), an energy-saving and consumption-reducing cleaning device (2) employing the liquid spraying tube (202), and a strip processing system employing the energy-saving and consumption-reducing cleaning device (2). The liquid spraying tube (202) comprises a tube body (2021) and a plurality of nozzles (2022) sequentially disposed on the tube body (2021) along an axial direction of the tube body (2021). A guide rod (2023) is disposed inside the tube body (2021) and is axially parallel to the tube body (2021). At least one stopper block (2024) is provided on the guide rod (2023) and each stopper block (2024) matches a nozzle (2022), with both being on a radial cross section of the tube body (2021). The guide rod (2023) is connected with a guide rod drive mechanism for driving the rotation of the guide rod (2023) so as to cause the stopper block (2024) to block or deviate from a corresponding nozzle (2022). The guide rod (2023) is disposed inside the tube body (2021) of the liquid spraying tube (202) so as to drive the stopper block (2024) to block or deviate from the nozzle (2022). The liquid spraying tube (202) is provided with a plurality of liquid spraying modes, such that the number of the nozzles (2022) put into use can be selected according to a particular working condition and cleaning capability is effectively economical, while reducing the consumption of a cleaning solution.
