Abstract:
A liquid supply device (100) for supplying liquid to an object to which the liquid is to be supplied. The liquid supply device (100) is provided with: a cylinder (30) having both ends closed; a piston (31) for dividing the space within the cylinder into a first space (35) and a second space (36) and sliding relative to the inner wall surface of the cylinder; piston rods (32, 33) extending passing through the ends of the cylinder and having the front ends connected to the piston; a frame body having portions of the piston rods (32, 33) affixed thereto, the portions being located outside the cylinder (30); a drive section (34) for reciprocating the cylinder in the direction in which the piston rods extend; a first flow line communicating with the first space and allowing the liquid to flow therethrough; and a second flow line communicating with the second space and allowing the liquid to flow therethrough.
