Abstract:
Specifically disclosed is a method for improving the distribution of the transverse thickness of a cast diaphragm sheet and saving a material at a die head, which relates to the technical field of battery diaphragms. The method comprises the steps as follows: a first fluid extruded by a primary extruder and a second fluid extruded by a secondary extruder entering respective runners through a distributor of a die head apparatus and finally merging and flowing out of a die lip; after casing and MD/TD stretching, performing one-time edge cutting, material cutting and backflow on the secondary extruder, and then extruding the second fluid again into its respective runner through the distributor of the die head apparatus; and after extraction, heat setting and winding, obtaining a diaphragm product with uniform distribution of the transverse thickness. The problems of the thickness uniformity of finished diaphragms, the waste of raw materials and environmental pollution in the prior art are thus solved.
