Provided are: a lithographic printing original plate that comprises a positive-type image recording layer on an aluminum support and in which the Bekk smoothness of the surface of the outermost layer on the opposite side from the side on which the image recording layer is present is 1,000 seconds or less, the outermost layer contains particles, and the modulus of elasticity of the particles is 3.0 GPa or less; a layered body of lithographic printing original plates; a method for producing a lithographic printing plate; and a lithographic printing method.
