Abstract:
The present invention relates to a livestock carcass treatment system (1). The livestock carcass treatment system (1), which is a livestock carcass treatment system (1) for fermenting and decomposing livestock carcasses by using ultra-high temperature microorganisms at 85-110 ℃ and in aerobic conditions, comprises: a movable fermentation treatment part (3), which is moved to a site where disease breaks out so as to treat livestock carcasses by using ultra-high temperature microorganisms, or a burying-type fermentation treatment part (5) for excavating burial sites (6) in an area adjacent to the site where disease breaks out and treating livestock carcasses by using ultra-high temperature microorganisms; and a base treatment part (7) for secondarily treating livestock carcasses, which have undergone primary treatment by means of the movable fermentation treatment part (3) or the burying-type fermentation treatment part (5), by using ultra-high temperature microorganisms, wherein during the primary treatment, livestock carcasses are treated with ultra-high temperature microorganisms in a fermentation temperature range of 85-110 ℃ for 8-15 days so that flesh parts are decomposed and, during the secondary treatment, livestock carcasses are treated with ultra-high temperature microorganisms for 2-4 weeks so that bones are decomposed.
