Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device which is installed in a head part (100) of an equipment for inserting a part into a printed circuit board (PCB) and detects whether the part inserted into the PCB is normally inserted, the device comprising: a sled (110) which is engaged with a lever block (101) operated by a cam and ascends and descends along a guide rail (102) which is arranged in the vertical direction; a sled fastening portion (120) which is coupled in the form of a slidable structure to the sled (110) so as to ascend and descend together in conjunction with the sled (110); a lower block (130) which is coupled to the lower end of the sled fastening portion (120) so as to support the lower end of the sled (110); an inserter (140) which is coupled to one side of the sled fastening portion (120), is disposed in the vertical direction, and has, at the lower end thereof, a finger (145) for picking and inserting a part thereinto; and a load cell (150) which is installed between the sled (110) and the lower block (130) and measures repulsive force (pressure) transmitted through the inserter (140) when the part is inserted, wherein an insertion is determined as a normal insertion when the repulsive force measured by the load cell (150) does not deviate from a predetermined range.
