Abstract:
The present invention relates to a load distribution control method for a refrigerating vacuum reducer valve system. The method comprises: performing load capacity calculation by using PID adjustment, and performing PI calculation adjustment during refrigerating temperature adjustment, wherein differential adjustment is not added to the adjustment, and the calculation formulae are: a, Δt = tm ‐ Ts; b, V0 = Kp * Δt + Kp * Tt * {Σ[Δt(i)]}/Ti + Kp * Td * [Δt(n) - Δt(n ‐ 1)]/Tt, wherein V0 is a calculated capacity value, KP is an amplification multiple, TI is an integral time, TD is a differential time, TT is a sampling time, TM is a measured control temperature, TS is a set temperature, Δt is an actually measured temperature difference, Δt(i) is an ith actually measured temperature difference, Δt(n) is an nth actually measured temperature difference, and Δt(n - 1) is an (n - 1)th actually measured temperature difference; and c, according to the maximum load value of each compressor, the number of running compressors is determined on the basis of V0, i.e. the calculated capacity value. By means of a load calculation method, the load addition and load reduction of refrigerating vacuum reducer valve compressors is efficiently controlled, the response is fast, and the overshoot is small.
