Disclosed are a manual/automatic lock cylinder structure and a manual/automatic U-shaped lock, wherein the lock cylinder structure comprises a lock cylinder cavity enclosure (10) which is provided with a power cavity (a), an adjustment cavity (b) and a latch cavity (c) in a horizontal direction and is provided with a lock hole cavity (d) in a vertical direction, an electrically controlled driver (20) encapsulated in the lock cylinder cavity enclosure (10), a power conversion shaft (30) mounted in the power cavity (a) and having a head end connected to the electrically controlled driver (20), an elastic latch (40) mounted in the latch cavity (c), and a key unlocking device (50) mounted in the adjustment cavity (b) and clamped between a tail end of the power conversion shaft (30) and a head end of the elastic latch (40). By means of the electrically controlled driver (20) and the key unlocking device (50), manual or automatic locking and unlocking functions of the whole lock cylinder and the U-shaped lock formed based on the lock cylinder structure can be realized with the cooperation of the power conversion shaft (30) and the elastic latch (40), thereby ensuring the diversity of methods for using the lock cylinder and the lock and the use security thereof.
