Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a lock mechanism with which a member to be locked can easily be attached/detached, and which can reliably prevent the attached member to be locked from falling out or rotating. [Solution] This lock mechanism, which can prevent a member to be locked from moving in a direction along an axis line Y or rotating around the axis line Y, is provided with: a cover 15; an adaptor 18; a disk-like stopper 16 provided between an end wall 15A inside the cover 15 and the adaptor 18; and an axial slide cam means which has a first cam 19A formed on one surface of the stopper 16, and a second cam 19B formed on the end wall 15A so as to abut the first cam 19A, and which moves the stopper 16 and the adaptor 18 along the axis line X according to the rotation of the stopper 16 around the axis line X, and can press the outer peripheral surface of a hinge shaft 11 against the inner peripheral surface of a fall-out prevention hole 27, wherein the movement of the hinge shaft 11 is prevented by the friction between the outer peripheral surface of the hinge shaft 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the fall-out prevention hole 27.
