Abstract:

Disclosed is a locking mechanism for a point machine. The locking mechanism comprises a locking iron (1), an action rod (2), an action block (3), a locking block set, an oil cylinder assembly, and a damping mechanism; one side of the locking iron (1) is provided with two grooves; the action block (3) is provided with two sliding grooves and mounted with two diamond-shaped locking blocks, and the action rod (2) is fixedly connected to the action block (3); one side of the action block (3) is in sliding fit with the locking iron (1), and the other side thereof is in sliding fit with an outer cylinder sleeve (5-1) of the oil cylinder assembly; and the damping mechanism is arranged between the locking iron (1) and the outer cylinder sleeve (5-1). The locking mechanism improves a locking mode of an existing locking mechanism for a point machine, and increases the locking stability and reliability.
