This locking plate 60 for restricting the rotation of a gear 30 composing a transmission gear mechanism 28 for transmitting rotational motion from a first motor 10 to a motion conversion mechanism 4 comprises a base 601, a protrusion 602 that protrudes from the base 601 and can be inserted into a hole 30a in an axial-direction end surface 30b of the gear 30, and a pair of contact parts 603 that are provided on both sides of the protrusion 602 in the width direction and each have an end surface 603a that can be brought into contact with the axial-direction end surface 30b of the gear 30. A pair of notches 604 that are recessed further toward the base 601 side than the end surfaces 603a of the contact parts 603 are provided between the protrusion 602 and the contact parts 603. Each notch 604 has a widening part 606 that is connected to the base 601 side of the protrusion 602 and has a width direction dimension W3 that widens toward the base 601 side.
