Abstract:
The present application discloses a log storage method, a communication apparatus, a chip, and a module device. The method comprises the steps: a terminal device detects whether an abnormality is present in a system (S101); in the case that the terminal device detects an abnormality, storing log information corresponding to the abnormality into a double data rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR) (S102); the terminal device restarts the system (S103). By implementing the method provided by the present application, the log information can be quickly stored.
