Abstract:
Provided is a long-acting glucagon derivative, the amino acid sequence thereof comprising the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 9. Animal experiments show that, when compared to the similar fatty acid-modified GLP-1R single agonist Semaglutide (J Med. Chem. 2015, 58(18):7370-80), the long-acting glucagon derivative has stronger glucose tolerance and weight reduction activity in mice, and can last for a longer period of time.
