Abstract:
A long-connected multi-span continuous box girder super-long prestressed threading method, the method comprising: determining the span of a box girder to be fabricated, wherein the box girder comprises section AB, section BC and section CD along the span direction, and section BC is located between section AB and section CD; and threading section AB, section BC and section CD according to a set order, so that the box girder is prestressed throughout the entire length of the girder. Also relating to a box girder construction method and a box girder. In the method, segmented threading and on-site pouring are combined to complete a task that cannot be completed by the current largest threading machine. The construction method is simple, the equipment is simple, and construction materials are easily obtained conventional materials. Steel strand threading does little damage to a corrugated pipe, the steel strand is wrongly twisted less, is easy to disassemble and assemble, has a high working efficiency, and a fast construction speed. The entire stranding process of the steel strand may be completed at one time, which significantly improves the economic efficiency.
