Abstract:
Provided are a long hardened material production method, a sintered ore crushing tooth 10 which is used in a sintered ore crushing machine for crushing sintered ore produced by a sintering machine and in which an abrasion-resistant layer 13 is formed on the crushing part side of a tooth body 11 so as to extend longitudinally along the tooth body 11, and a method for producing the sintered ore crushing tooth 10, wherein molds 16, 19 for forming hollow parts 15, 18 corresponding to the shape of the abrasion-resistant layer 13 are disposed to surround a core part 12 that is provided on the crushing part side of the tooth body 11 so as to extend longitudinally along the tooth body 11, and then an abrasion-resistant layer forming step for successively supplying/discharging molten metal into/from the molds 16, 19 so as to deposit the molten metal onto the core part 12 and for storing the molten metal in the molds 16, 19 so as to solidify the molten metal is carried out, thereby forming the abrasion-resistant layer 13.
