Abstract:
A long hole drilling device 1 comprises: a drill guide 10 comprising a cylinder part 11, and a tongue part 12 for defining the direction of inclination of the cylinder part 11 by coming into contact with a site near an affected area; and a guide shaft 20 that can be inserted into and removed from the cylinder part 11. A plurality of pin guides (hole 21a, groove 21b) for guiding a fixed pin 40, 50 inserted into a tubular drill 30 are formed in the guide shaft 20 parallel to the central axis of the guide shaft 20. Thus, a long hole continuing to the affected area can be drilled into a bone in front of the affected area by using the long hole drilling device 1.
