Title:
LOOM SHEDDING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/024373
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a loom shedding mechanism, comprising a first heald frame, a second heald frame, a connecting rod driving assembly, a heald frame curve guiding assembly, and a heald frame lifting/lowering power transmission assembly, wherein the connecting rod driving assembly comprises a crank, a connecting rod, a rocker rod, and a rack rod; the crank, the connecting rod, the rocker rod, and the rack rod are connected in an end-to-end mode to form a closed annular structure; the heald frame curve guiding assembly comprises a connecting rod, a sliding block, and a guide groove pushing rod; the connecting rod driving assembly drives, by means of the connecting rod, the sliding block to perform symmetrical curve motion, and drives the guide groove pushing rod to intermittently move up and down so as to drive the first heald frame to perform lifting/lowering motion; and the heald frame lifting/lowering power transmission assembly transmits the motion of the first heald frame to the second heald frame, and enables the motion direction of the second heald frame to be opposite to the motion direction of the first heald frame. According to the present invention, a connecting rod mechanism is used to replace a cam mechanism, and the lifting/lowering motion of the heald frames satisfying a weaving process requirement is achieved by means of special connecting rod curve guidance, thereby technically optimizing the motion law of the heald frames, simplifying the structure of the mechanism, and reducing the manufacturing cost of a loom.
