Abstract:
A low-current wide-range adjustable pulse constant current source circuit, relating to the technical field of power device static parameter Vgeth testing. The problem that existing constant current sources cannot satisfy the requirement that outputs can be selected continuously, cannot satisfy the requirement that different current values are required because different types of power devices have different Vgeth parameters, and cannot cover all power device tests is solved. The low-current wide-range adjustable pulse constant current source circuit comprises a digital signal isolation circuit, a digital potentiometer output circuit, a switching circuit, and a current source circuit. The digital signal isolation circuit is connected to the digital potentiometer output circuit, and the current source circuit is connected to the digital potentiometer output circuit by means of the switching circuit. The digital signal isolation circuit sends a set current signal value to the digital potentiometer output circuit, the digital potentiometer output circuit cooperates with the switching circuit to output different resistance values, and an output loop of the current source circuit is selected so as to control continuous adjustable constant current output of the constant current source circuit at 10 uA-1 A. The circuit structure is simple, the testing speed is fast, and the output low current 10 uA-1 A is continuous, adjustable, and high-precision.
