Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a low-dropout linear voltage stabilizing circuit. The circuit comprises an error amplifying circuit, a charge pump circuit and an output feedback circuit. An output end of the error amplifying circuit is connected to an input end of the charge pump circuit; the charge pump circuit comprises a first switch module, a first energy storage module, a third switch module, a parasitic capacitor, a second switch module, a second energy storage module and a clock control circuit, wherein the clock control circuit is respectively connected to the first switch module, the third switch module and the second switch module and is used for controlling whether the first switch module, the third switch module and the second switch module are closed; an output end of the charge pump circuit is connected to the output feedback circuit; and the output feedback circuit is connected to the error amplifying circuit. Higher voltage can be provided, and voltage fluctuation is reduced.
