Abstract:
A low dropout regulator system, comprising: a reference voltage circuit (110), for receiving an input voltage (VIN) supplied from a power source; a primary control circuit (120), for receiving the input voltage (VIN) and a reference current supplied from the reference voltage circuit (110), and outputs a first control signal; a secondary control circuit (130), for receiving the input voltage (VIN) and a reference voltage supplied from the reference voltage circuit (110), and outputs a second control signal; a logic circuit (140), for receiving the first control signal and the second control signal, and for performing an "AND" logic operation on the first control signal and the second control signal; and a low dropout regulator circuit (150), for receiving the input voltage (VIN) and connected to an output end of the logic circuit (140), an output end of the low dropout regulator circuit (150) being used for connecting a load. The low dropout regulator system is less affected by processes and temperature, and is able to charge a load capacitor quickly.
