Abstract:
A low-nitrogen coupling combustion processing system for landfill odorous gas and solid waste comprising: a landfill (10), at least one odorous gas combustion mechanism (20), and a waste incinerator (50), wherein the landfill (10) is provided with an odorous gas outlet (101). The odorous gas combustion mechanism (20) comprises: a combustion chamber (200) used to burn a waste gas, an odorous gas inlet (201) in communication with the combustion chamber (200), a fuel inlet (202), and a burned odorous gas outlet (203). The odorous gas inlet (201) is connected to the odorous gas outlet (101) of the landfill (10) via an odorous gas delivery pipeline (L1). The fuel inlet (202) is connected to a fuel source (S) via a fuel delivery pipeline (L2). The burned odorous gas outlet (203) is connected to a combustion air inlet of the waste incinerator (50) via a fume exhaust pipeline (L3). The invention enables waste incineration to be performed in a high-temperature low-oxygen environment by introducing a high-temperature low-oxygen fume exhausted from the odorous gas combustion mechanism (20) as the combustion air of the waste incinerator (50), so as to effectively reduce the generation of nitrogen oxide, and thereby prevent, to a great extent, waste incinerator (50) coking, and improve burning efficiency and service life.
