Abstract:
A low-noise bridge polymer expansion device (7) comprises a plurality of elastic modules spanning a bridge expansion joint (8); the elastic modules are arranged along the length direction of the bridge expansion joint (8), two lateral edges are provided with a plurality of anchor bolt holes (4), and provided in the anchor bolt holes (4) are bolts which are anchored to a bridge plate end portion (9); the elastic modules at least comprise a surface layer (1) made of a high-molecular polymer elastic material, and a bottom layer (3) disposed at a lower end surface of the surface layer (1) and made of a high-molecular polymer elastic material. The telescoping device is capable of balancing both rigidity and flexibility, ensures continuity of the road surface and smooth passing of vehicle tires, has a simple structure, involves less steel consumption, has a low structural height, good multi-directional deformation coordination, anti-fatigue performance, high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, and waterproof and anti-seepage performance, and is comfortable for driving, simple and easy to construct, fast in installation, does not cause cars to jump, and is low in noise.
