Abstract:
Disclosed is low-shrinkage woven fabric (1), comprising a base fabric layer, wherein warp and weft yarns of the base fabric layer are obtained by means of a multi-step heat setting treatment. Textile fibers (2) are tufted on the low-shrinkage woven fabric (1), and the back surface is coated with a back adhesive layer (3) to obtain a low-shrinkage flooring material. In the low-shrinkage woven fabric (1), warp and weft yarns are subjected to the multi-step heat setting treatment, such that shrinkage of the woven fabric (1) caused by weather reasons such as sun exposure and high temperatures is reduced. Compared with similar products, the low-shrinkage woven fabric has an extremely low shrinkage rate; problems, such as swelling, curling deformation and unevenness, in a high-temperature environment are solved by using the low-shrinkage flooring material prepared from the low-shrinkage woven fabric; and the service life of the flooring material is prolonged, and the value of same is improved.
