Abstract:
Provided are a low specific-resistance substance processing method and processing apparatus, the processing method comprising the following steps: using an electrically conductive electrode (301) to transmit electrons to a substance having a low specific resistance, causing the substance having a low specific resistance to become charged; using an adsorption electrode (302) to attract the charged substance having a low specific resistance, causing the charged substance having a low specific resistance to move toward the adsorption electrode (302). In the method, the substance having the low specific resistance is charged by means of conducting electrons, overcoming the problem caused by a substance having a low specific resistance easily losing its charge after being charged, such that the substance having the low specific resistance can obtain electrons rapidly after losing electrons; thus the probability of charging a substance having a low specific resistance is increased and the substance having the low specific resistance is kept charged, such that the adsorption electrode (302) can continue to exert an attractive force on the substance having a low specific resistance so as to attract the substance having the low specific resistance, and the collection capacity of the substance having the low specific resistance is strong and its collection efficiency is high.
