Abstract:
A low stray inductance busbar structure for a power module, the present structure comprising a radiator, a copper-clad ceramic substrate, a wafer, a plastic housing, positive and negative busbars, and a pouring sealant. The copper-clad ceramic substrate is welded on the radiator, the wafer is welded on the copper-clad ceramic substrate, and the plastic housing is fixed onto the radiator; the positive busbar and the negative busbar are packaged inside of the plastic housing by means of the pouring sealant, and the positive busbar and negative busbar are fixed onto the copper-clad ceramic substrate by means of ultrasonic bonding, and an electrical loop of a power module is formed. The pouring sealant is used for pouring to ensure an electrical gap between the wafer and the positive and negative busbars. Laminated parts of the positive busbar and negative busbar are within the plastic housing and are arranged to extend from the inside of the plastic housing out of a surface of the plastic housing to be laminated up and down at intervals. In the present structure, surge voltages caused by stray inductance is effectively reduced, the risk that a power module is broken down is avoided, the vibration resistance of the power module is improved, and the switching characteristic of the power module and the reliability of motor driving control are ensured.
