Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-sugar probiotic composition containing sophorose, xylitol, L-arabinose and dietary fibers. The present invention also relates to a preparation method for the probiotic composition and the use thereof. The probiotic composition can promote the proliferation of beneficial intestinal microorganisms or improve metabolic activity, and can induce intestinal microorganisms to secrete cellulase and reduce the possibility of flatulence.
