Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-temperature mixed-flow circulating peanut dryer, comprising a feeding mechanism (1), a material circulating conveying system, a main body bin (9) and a material drying system, wherein the material circulating conveying system comprises a base assembly (2), a lifting mechanism (4), a discharge pipe (5), an upper conveyor (10), a grain storage chamber (901) and a drying chamber (902) that are sequentially arranged; the material drying system comprises an air inlet duct (905) and an air exhaust duct (908), and further comprises several layers of air inlet strip-shaped boxes (11) and several layers of air outlet strip-shaped boxes (13), with same being alternately arranged up and down in the drying chamber; several air inlets (906) in communication with the air inlet strip-shaped boxes are provided in a side wall of the air inlet duct, and several air outlets (907) in communication with the air outlet strip-shaped boxes are provided in a side wall of the air exhaust duct; and a heat supply component (3) is arranged at an inlet of the air inlet duct, and a centrifugal fan (15) is arranged at an outlet of the air exhaust duct. The present invention further relates to a method for drying peanuts. During drying, a heat supply part supplies heat to an air inlet duct, and a centrifugal fan can exhaust a hot and humid air flow inside a drying chamber, thereby being able to fully satisfy the rapid, efficient, uniform and low-consumption drying requirements and complying with the characteristics of peanut materials.
