Abstract:
The present invention provides a low-temperature pyrolytic treatment device that improves the speed of pyrolytic treatment by low-temperature pyrolysis of organic matter that is industrial waste, thereby contributing greatly to the treatment of organic matter. This low-temperature pyrolytic treatment device is a low-temperature pyrolytic treatment device 1 for organic matter having: a magnetized fluid supply machine 2 for magnetizing and feeding air; a treatment chamber 6 for introducing and storing organic matter internally and carrying out low-temperature pyrolytic treatment; an accommodating body 25; a plurality of fluid supply pipe units 10 for supplying magnetized air from the magnetized fluid supply machine 2 to the inside of the treatment chamber 6 in a spiral pattern; and a gas cleaning machine 11 for introducing and cleaning internally an exhaust gas containing harmful substances generated after low-temperature pyrolytic treatment in the treatment chamber 6 wherein the organic matter is brought into contact with the magnetized air, and discharging the same. A blast means 61 for forcibly feeding the air magnetized by magnetic action to the treatment chamber via the plurality of fluid supply pipe units and a regulating valve 18 for adjusting the amount of airflow are disposed in the magnetized fluid supply machine 2.
