Abstract:
The present invention relates to a low vibration tunnel excavation method. The low vibration tunnel excavation method according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: boring a cut hole and a plurality of bored holes in the excavated face of a tunnel; arranging, in each of the plurality of bored holes, a plurality of water injection tubes for injecting water and a plurality of refrigerant injection tubes for injecting a refrigerant; injecting the water into each of the plurality of bored holes through the plurality of water injection tubes; injecting, in a predetermined order, the refrigerant into each of the plurality of bored holes through the plurality of refrigerant injection tubes so as to sequentially form cracks in rocks around each of the plurality of bored holes by means of cooling-induced expansion force generated when the water freezes; and crushing the rocks around each of the plurality of bored holes.
