Abstract:
A lower mold of a die for a multi-layer hot-melt connection structure shoe which is provided with a shoe last inner core assembly (5). When the shoe shape is changed, the lower mold does not need to be replaced as a whole, and only the shoe last inner core assembly (5) needs to be replaced, which reduces production costs, and at the same time may improve positioning accuracy and production efficiency and improve yield. The die is provided with a compression plate assembly (42), which may isolate a sole (2) from a molding cavity (41). The impact of hot melt liquid will not directly act on the sole (2), and a hot-melt connection body (3) is not easily deformed. The depth of a shoe shape space is adjustable, and the sole (2) may be compressed by cooperating with the compression plate assembly (42), so that plug teeth (11) may extend into the compression plate assembly (42). Once the plug teeth (11) are connected to the hot-melt connection body (3), the compression plate assembly (42) is disassembled, and the sole rebounds and fills the space of the compression plate assembly (42). A shoe surface (1) and the sole (2) will not loosen, and the connection is more stable.
