Abstract:
The present invention forms a lubrication film with which the occurrence of peeling and swelling can be effectively suppressed without using substances whose use is restricted by regulations. A lubrication film (3e) on a sliding part used in a swash plate compressor is formed by coating, onto a swash plate substrate (3a), a lubrication coating material obtained by mixing and dispersing a mixture containing at least a binder resin and fluorine resin particles into an organic solvent, and using heat to cure the lubrication coating material on the swash plate substrate (3a). 3-methoxy-N,N-dimethylpropanamide (MPA) is used as the organic solvent.
