Abstract:
A lyophilizer comprising a plurality of vacuum pumps, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is a lyophilizer which dries samples in a pressure state less than or equal to the triple point of water, and comprises: a lyophilization chamber which is sealed and in which the samples are arranged; a first pump comprising a stator, a rotor, and an oil; and at least one second pump. The stator is connected to the lyophilization chamber and includes a suction port for suctioning vapor vaporized from the samples and a discharge port for discharging the suctioned vapor. The rotor is installed inside the stator and rotates such that the vapor suctioned by the suction port moves to the discharge port. The oil is disposed inside the stator so as to lubricate the rotor and maintain air-tightness of the rotor and stator. The at least one second pump is connected to the discharge port of the first pump and suctions the vapor so as to lower the pressure of the vapor at the discharge port of the first pump.
