Abstract:
A machine tool for boring a hole and sleeving an outer cone of a carbon electrode: a linear rail (2) is mounted on a machine tool body (1), a hole boring main shaft box (3) and an outer cone sleeving main shaft box (4) are mounted at two ends of the machine tool body (1) respectively, the hole boring main shaft box (3) and the outer cone sleeving main shaft box (4) being coaxial and sliding on the linear rail (2); at least two center frames (6) are mounted between the hole boring main shaft box (3) and the outer cone sleeving main shaft box (4), a bottom portion of the center frames (6) matchingly sliding with the linear rail (2); the center frames (6) comprise an outer circular frame (7), the outer circular frame (7) being provided thereon with three evenly distributed radial through holes (8), and a support member (9) being mounted within the radial through holes (8); an annular step (10) is machined on a side of the outer circular frame (7), an inner circular frame (11) being sleeved on the annular step (10); an annular surface of the inner circular frame (11) is opened thereon with three axially penetrating waist grooves (13), the three waist grooves (13) being evenly distributed by using the center of the inner circular frame (11) as reference and being inclined at equal angles. The machine tool for boring a hole and sleeving an outer cone of a carbon electrode has high machining precision, and increases production efficiency in electrode machining.
