Abstract:
A machine vision-based camera module focusing flow line and a method therefor. The production flow line mainly relates to a feeding device (10), a focusing device (20), a sorting device (30), a finished product processing device (40) and a discharging device (50) which are provided in sequence according to the production flow line, the focusing device (20) being integrated with an automatic detection system (21) electrically connected to the finished product processing device (40) and the discharging device (50). Further provided is a corresponding camera module focusing method. Said flow line and said focusing method replace manual detection with a focusing device, use an automatic detection system to determine whether a product is an accepted product, and realize automatic sorting, improving the working efficiency and yield of the flow line.
