Abstract:
The present invention provides a machine vision-based workpiece sorting system, comprising an automatic loading device, a visual elimination device and a packaging device, the visual elimination device being arranged between the automatic loading device and the packaging device; and the automatic loading device comprises a loading frame, a first feeding frame, a feeding funnel fixedly mounted on the first feeding frame, a second feeding frame, a feeding conveyor belt fixedly mounted on the second feeding frame, a vibration disc, a shifter lever, a linear vibrator, a feeding groove and a vibration groove. The present invention can integrate sorting and packaging for automatic production.
