Abstract:
A machine-washable high-fill power thermally-insulating filling material, pertaining to the field of machine-washable thermally-insulating filling materials. In view of the relationship between the diameter, crimp morphology, crimp percentage, and length of bearing fibers and split fibers and the fill power, washing resistance, and thermal insulating properties of a resultant fiber ball aggregate, in order to obtain a proper fiber ball aggregate, the fiber ball aggregate is consists of two or more different fibers, wherein fibers with a small number of crimps and a large crimp percentage are used as bearing fibers and to mainly build space, improve fill power, reduce the possibility of entanglement between fibers, and prevent agglomeration and clustering due to entanglement between fibers from use or machine washing, and fibers with a large number of crimps and a low crimp percentage are used as split fibers and to mainly split up air inside the fiber ball aggregate, stabilize the spherical structure, and improve the compression, rebounding and recovery capabilities.
