Abstract:
A machining center automatic operating system equipped with a cloud-side control unit which is provided to a cloud server connected to each machining center CNC device via a communication line, generates a machining command for each machine tool by using a machining command automatic generation unit, and transmits the same to the corresponding CNC device, and also equipped with one or more terminal devices which transmit inputted three-dimensional CAD design data for a target machining product to the cloud-side control unit via a communication line, and display information on a display unit which has been transmitted from the cloud-side control unit, wherein: the cloud-side control unit is equipped with a cloud-side storage unit which stores a registration list of all machining centers targeted for drive control, tool information for each machine tool, and a trained model; the machining command automatic generation unit applies a feature part extracted from the three-dimensional CAD design data to the corresponding trained model along with tool information, automatically sets a manufacturing process which includes the machining conditions required to cut/machine each feature part and the tool path based on said machining conditions, determines the execution procedure, and generates a machining command which corresponds to the set manufacturing process series overall on the basis of the trained model; and a function is additionally provided for updating the tool information by referring to the newest tool information stored in the corresponding CNC device-side storage unit before applying the tool information to the trained model.
