Provided according to one embodiment of the present invention are nanoparticles, each nanoparticle comprising a core structure, and a shell structure covering the core structure and separated therefrom by a nanogap, wherein on the surface of the core structure are macrocyclic host molecules exhibiting hydrophobicity inside and hydrophilicity outside, and raman-active material inserted inside the macrocyclic host molecules, the macrocyclic host molecules and raman-active material filling the nanogap.
