Abstract:
A magnetic latching external relay for a kilowatt-hour meter is composed of an
electromagnetic system, a contact system, outlet terminals and a shell ( 25 ).
The electromagnetic system and the contact system are located inside the shell
( 25 ). The outlet terminals are distributed on the two sides of the shell ( 25 ).
One end of the outlet terminals has a style corresponding with the leading-out
ends of the kilowatt-hour meter, and the other end has a style corresponding with
the connecting terminals inside the kilowatt-hour meter. A plunger magnetic
pole structure for a relay includes a magnetic yoke ( 19 ), an armature ( 20 ), at
least one magnetic pole ( 18,23 ) and at least one coil ( 16 ), wherein the magnetic
pole ( 18,23 ) is fixed, and the armature ( 20 ) is connected with a connecting link
( 17 ) and transmits to a driving rod ( 10 ) by the connecting link ( 17 ) to realize
the turnon and switchover of contact heads. The peripheral of the plunger magnetic
pole structure is a close magnetic circumstance composed of a magnetic plate
( 15 ) and the magnetic yoke ( 19 ).
