Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetic ore dry grinding and sorting system, comprising a high-pressure roller mill (2), a grading magnetic separator (3), a grading device (4), a micro-powder magnetic separator (9) and a concentration magnetic separator (10), wherein the grading magnetic separator (3) can sort concentrates, middlings and tailings; tailings discarded by the grading magnetic separator (3), the micro-powder magnetic separator (9) and the concentration magnetic separator (10) enter a tailing hopper for ore discharging; middlings sorted by the grading magnetic separator (3) and coarse powder ore of the grading device (4) return to the high-pressure roller mill (2) in a timely manner so as to be recycled; and concentrates separated by the concentration magnetic separator (10) in a three-separation manner enter a concentrate hopper. The system is compact in terms of layout and simple in terms of structure, can obtain a better concentrate grade, saves energy and reduces consumption.
