Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetoelectric hybrid suspension type hydraulic damper, comprising a piston rod (2), an inner cylinder (5), an outer cylinder (6) and a damping control valve (8), wherein the inner cylinder (5) is sheathed in the outer cylinder (6); the outer cylinder (6) is fixedly connected to the inner cylinder (5) by means of a cylinder cover (4); a piston head (10) is connected within the inner cylinder (5) in a sliding manner; the piston rod (2) is arranged at one end of the piston head (10); a hydraulic oil is injected into the inner cylinder (5) and the outer cylinder (6); the bottom of the inner cylinder (5) is in communication with the outer cylinder (6) by means of a flow-limiting hole (11) and the damping control valve (8); and the damping control valve (8) is controlled by a controller. The damper detects displacement by means of a displacement sensor (15) and then controls an adjusting valve element of the damping control valve (8) by means of the controller, thus controlling the speed at which the hydraulic oil flows back and forth in the inner cylinder (5) and the outer cylinder (6) in the damper, such that the effect of adjustable damping can be achieved, the rigidity and the damping of the hydraulic damper can be adjusted in real time within one millisecond according to displacement, and the effect of the quick damping of vibrations can be realized.
