Abstract:
A magnetron (1) is provided with a positive electrode cylinder (5), a cooling block (10), a fastening member, and a pair of pipe joints (14a, 14b). The fastening member is placed between the pair of pipe joints (14a, 14b) on the cooling block (10); and a non-continuous portion between the two opposing end parts in the cooling block (10) extends at a tilt in the annular direction of the cooling block (10) in relation to the liquid coolant channel direction in the portion that connects the pipe joints (14a, 14b) and a circulation passage. The fastening member passing through the non-continuous portion extends in a direction tilted in relation to a plane perpendicular to the liquid coolant channel direction in the portion that connects the pipe joints (14a, 14b) and the circulation channel.
